The practical driving test for DL-10 is conducted at the Automated Driving Test Track (ADTT) at Raja Garden, inside the same DTC bus depot complex as the administrative office but run as a functionally separate process. Even though the ADTT shares the same complex as the office, treat it as a separate queue and process from routine counter services.

Commercial Vehicle Fitness and Inspection

Commercial vehicle fitness inspection for DL-10 is not conducted at the Raja Garden office. Vehicles have historically been directed to the Inspection & Certification (I&C) Centre, Burari — a long-standing, well-documented Delhi facility. As with other Delhi zonal offices, fitness testing has since expanded to further Automated Testing Stations across the city, so confirm your assigned centre when you book a fitness slot rather than assuming Burari by default.
