Ecozaar “Spin the Wheel” Offer – Terms & Conditions

Thank you for participating in Ecozaar’s “Spin the Wheel” promotional campaign. By participating, users agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility & Participation

• Each user is allowed only one spin during the entire campaign period.
• The offer is applicable exclusively on purchases of EV scooters made via the Ecozaar platform.
• Participation in the offer is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

2. Coupon Validity

• Coupon codes won via the Spin the Wheel must be redeemed on or before 31st October 2025.
• Coupons are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and have no cash value.

3. Offer Activation Criteria

• The 100% cashback coupon will be considered valid only if a minimum of 100 EV scooter sales are recorded during the campaign period.
• If the minimum sale threshold is not met, the 100% cashback offer will stand null and void, and no coupons or rewards will be applicable.

4. Usage Restrictions

• The coupon cannot be clubbed with any other ongoing offer, promotion, or discount.
• Only one coupon may be used per eligible transaction.

5. Reward Fulfillment

• Cashback rewards (if applicable) will be processed within 72 hours of successful EV scooter delivery.
• An Ecozaar representative will contact the customer post-delivery to collect necessary account details required for cashback initiation.
• Customers are responsible for ensuring the correctness of the account information provided.

6. General Conditions

• Ecozaar reserves the right to modify, cancel, or withdraw this offer at any time without prior notice.
• Any fraudulent or suspicious activity will lead to immediate disqualification from the campaign.
• In case of any disputes, Ecozaar’s decision will be final and binding.
