Terms and Conditions for Ecozaar Used EV Two-Wheeler Sales

Acceptance of Terms

Users must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering contracts to use the Platform.
By registering, placing an order, or completing a purchase, users accept these T&C in full, along with any linked policies such as the Privacy Policy.
Ecozaar reserves the right to modify these T&C at any time, with updates posted on the Platform; continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.

Ecozaar provides an online marketplace for certified pre-owned EV two-wheelers, including listing, inspection reports, test rides (where available), and facilitation of sales.
Services include hyperlocal delivery in areas like HSR Layout and Indiranagar, documentation support for ownership transfer, and optional financing partnerships.
All vehicles undergo a 40+ point inspection for battery health, electrical systems, and structural integrity, but are sold "as is" unless specified otherwise.

Users must provide accurate, current information during registration and transactions.
Accounts are personal and non-transferable; users are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of login credentials and all activities under their account.
Ecozaar may suspend or terminate accounts for violations, such as fraudulent activity or misuse of the Platform.

All listings display vehicle details, including make, model, year, mileage, OEM warranty status (Yes/No), location, and inspection highlights.
Prices are in INR and exclusive of taxes and delivery fees.
Purchases are binding upon order confirmation; users should review all details, including battery degradation estimates and service history, before proceeding.
Ecozaar does not guarantee vehicle performance post-sale and disclaims liability for unlisted defects unless specified otherwise.

Vehicles are sold "as is" with no express or implied warranties beyond any remaining OEM coverage explicitly stated.
Ecozaar provides a limited certification based on inspections but makes no guarantees on future battery life, range, or compliance with evolving EV regulations.
Users are encouraged to conduct independent checks or test rides.
Ecozaar disclaims all liability for merchantability, fitness for purpose, or non-infringement.

Payments are processed securely via integrated gateways; full payment is required before dispatch.
Accepted methods include credit/debit cards, UPI, and net banking.
Ecozaar handles GST as applicable and may charge for cancellations (e.g., 10-20% of order value).
Refunds, if any, are processed within 7-10 business days after verification.

Delivery timelines are estimated (typically 3-7 days in Bangalore) and subject to stock availability and RTO processes.
Ecozaar facilitates hassle-free documentation, including Form 29/30 for transfer, insurance updates, and hypothecation removal.
Users bear ultimate responsibility for RTO registration within 45 days of delivery.

Orders may be canceled before dispatch with a processing fee; post-dispatch, returns are limited to verified defects within 48 hours of delivery, subject to inspection.
No refunds for "change of mind" or mileage discrepancies.
EV-specific issues like battery faults require proof and may qualify for partial resolution under consumer laws.

Ecozaar is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from Platform use, including vehicle malfunctions or delays.
Total liability is capped at the purchase price.
Users indemnify Ecozaar against claims from third parties related to vehicle use post-sale.
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted service.

These T&C are governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction in Bangalore courts.
Disputes shall first be resolved through negotiation; unresolved matters may proceed to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

Ecozaar may terminate access for breach of T&C without notice.
Upon termination, users must cease using the Platform, and any outstanding obligations remain enforceable.

These T&C constitute the entire agreement, superseding prior understandings.
No waiver of any provision is effective unless in writing.
If any clause is invalid, the remainder remains enforceable.
Users agree not to use the Platform for unlawful purposes or to upload harmful content.
