Terms and Conditions for ₹10,000 Cashback Offer

    1. Eligibility:
    This offer is available exclusively to the first 100 customers who purchase an Electric Vehicle (EV) or Roof Top Solar Kit through our marketplace.
    2. Offer Period:
    The offer is valid until the first 100 customers have completed their qualifying purchases, or until the specified end date, if any, whichever occurs first.
    3. Qualification Criteria:

    To be eligible for the ₹10,000 cashback:

    • The purchase must be of a new Electric Vehicle (EV) or Roof Top Solar Kit.
    • The purchase must be made via our marketplace platform.
    • The customer must complete payment through full payment, loan or lease and receive the product.
    4. Cashback Amount:
    A cashback of ₹10,000 will be credited to the eligible customer’s bank account or wallet. The cashback is non-transferable.
    5. Exclusions:

    • The cashback offer cannot be combined with any other ongoing promotions or discounts, unless specified otherwise.
    • Any purchase made through resellers or unauthorized platforms is not eligible for cashback.
    • Only the first 100 valid purchases qualify for the cashback offer.
    6. Processing Time:
    The cashback will be processed within 30 days of the successful completion of the transaction.

    Non-Transferable:
    The cashback offer is non-transferable and is applicable only to the purchaser whose name appears on the order.

    Refunds and Cancellations:
    If the order is canceled or refunded, the cashback will be forfeited.
    9. Right to Modify or Cancel:
    The marketplace reserves the right to modify, extend, or cancel this offer at any time without prior notice.
    10. Dispute Resolution:
    In case of any dispute, the decision of the marketplace will be final and binding.
    11. Applicable Law:
    This offer and the terms & conditions shall be governed by the laws of India.
