a. Once the plant is commissioned, it starts supplying electricity to the grid. The
bi-directional meter records the amount of electricity contributed to the grid and
stores as credits with the Power Distribution Company.
b. When the electricity bill is calculated, the earned credits are set off against the
consumed electricity. If your grid generates equal or more than what you
consume, you will end up paying 0 electricity bill or whatever is the minimum
amount
