a. No. Products are limited to certain PIN Codes based on our serviceability. Please
check if the product is serviceable in your PIN Code using the PIN Code checker
on the product pages.

a. No, all products may not be available for sale. Some products will be listed purely
for educational purposes (comparisons, blogs etc).
b. Some products may be coming soon or out of stock

a. Select your Power Distribution Company (DISCOM)
b. Select your City
c. Enter your DISCOM customer ID (You can find this on your power bill).
d. Select the type of your residence (Rooftop Solar is feasible only if you have
access to your terrace and this is normally not feasible in Flats/Apartments).
e. Enter your previous month’s/cycle’s power bill amount if the calculator asks for it.
f. Confirm if you have air conditioning in the house.
g. The results will inform you what the ideal plant capacity (Suggested Project
Capacity) is. It will also tell you the effective cost after subsidy, indicative EMI,
break-even period, 5,10,25 year savings and carbon emissions saved
h. Based on the suggested project capacity, you can search for Solar bundles in our
search bar. Eg. If the suggested project capacity is 5kW, you can search 5kW in
the search bar and find bundles.

a. Select an EV that you are interested in.
b. Set your monthly usage (20km a day is 600km a month).
c. Read the output. You will find a green output if we believe that you will end up
saving money. You will find a red output if we believe that the Total Cost of
Ownership of the EV is higher than the petrol counterpart.

a. Set the loan amount that might be needed to purchase a product.
b. Set the interest rate; Our interest rates vary from 6.99% to 8.99% (Flat) or
12.81% to 16.23% (Reducing).

d. Click on ‘Repayment Schedule’ to view the Amortization Table. You can check
your repayments and amortization of the Principal outstanding

a. We are a marketplace that only offers products that make sustainable sense in
terms of clean energy, energy efficiency, recyclability and long-term use. We are
starting off with EV scooters and Rooftop solar plants for residential use.

a. You may either add the product to your cart and it will remain there for sometime.
You can always add multiple products to your wishlist by clicking on the icon on
the product. You can access your ‘Wishlist’ from the My Profile page.

a. Navigate to the ‘Address’ section in ‘My Profile’ and add the Addresses for
shipping and billing. You may remove old addresses or add new addresses as
per your needs.
b. You can also add Shipping and Billing addresses while checking out a product
from the cart. These will be saved for future use.

a. Returning an order primarily depends on the Terms and Conditions of the
particular product. The categories that are available right now (EV and Rooftop
Solar) are ineligible for return.

a. Click on the ‘My Profile’ option via the account icon on the top part of the site.
Navigate to the ‘Orders’ section to view your orders. All orders including pending,
completed and cancelled orders are shown here.
